AlojameYa covers official website, direct bookings, payments, lightweight PMS and iCal availability. Full Airbnb/Booking API connection and external price sync remain future evolutions.

Can I start with only the website and add PMS later?

Yes. You can start with Professional Website and later move to Direct Bookings or Direct Channel Pro when you want to manage calendar, payments and messages from AlojameYa.

Do direct bookings block the calendar?

Yes, depending on the configured policy. The system can work with inquiry, pre-booking, direct booking, deposit, pending balance and iCal availability sync.

Which payment methods are supported?

It can work with Stripe, PayPal/payment link, bank transfer, Bizum, manual collection on arrival or no online collection, depending on the property configuration.

Are there iOS and Android apps?

There are no native apps yet. Management is done from the browser, with an app-like mobile view for calendar, bookings, messages and properties.

Does the price change depending on the number of properties?

Yes. The launch offer starts at €15.99/month for 1 property and the calculator adjusts the fee when you add more properties.
